Registration Fees for Recreational Sports

As registration draws near I would like to take this opportunity to ask our PAL parents to be prepared at registration if you are a Plantation resident please fill out the WHITE registration form and if you are a Non-resident please use the BLUE form. Please take your time filling out the form we need to decipher the information written on the form.

Before you get in line to pay for registration please have your checks already made out and payable to City of Plantation.

Your child’s Date of Birth (DOB) is very important make sure you fill in the information correctly. Registration fees are non-refundable, unless a player moves out of the City of Plantation or has a verifiable medical certification which states they cannot participate. PAL does not allow registration fees to be transferred between sports. Discounts apply to Recreational sports only they do not apply to Travel sports.
